Supplies for 2016-2017 8th Grade School Year

A list of supplies needed for 8th grade classes is currently being compiled.  It will be put on the school website as well as on my blog.

Its a little early to be talking about next school year but as I saw last summer, they start pushing back to school at stores in July.

The BEST store I found for back to school deals is Walgreens.  With the coupons they have in the inserts, I stock up for the year for under 8 bucks.   Start looking at the ads in July for the sales.  My tip is to get the supplies as soon as the ads start coming out. The closer to school, the less stock the stores will have.

Here is an example of last summers back to school ad for Walgreens. Its a little blurry.  If you notice the coupons on the right side, they have rulers, highlighters and folders 7 for $1.  Loose leaf paper, one subject notebooks, and packs of pencils and erasers are 49 cents each.
